Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation. Surrounded by pasture, we are in an ideal corner, close to Cambrai (15 min), Valenciennes (25 min), Caudry (10 min). I'll give you the remote control personally, there's no lockbox. ⚠️ upon arrival, you must leave me a deposit of 30 euros in cash or by check, it's up to you, for the delivery of the garage door remote control and for the cleanliness of the apartment. I do not ask for a cleaning fee, so you must clean what you use, for example: the dishes must be stored but especially cleaned (with dishwashing liquid, yes, it's not logical for everyone, so the sponge must be wet), it must be wiped (you must not store the dishes still wet in the cupboards), and you must clean the gas that you use to prepare your meal as well as any other household appliance that you have used, and you must clean the shower and/or bathtub faucets. the refrigerator must also be cleaned. I will check before your departure if this is not respected the deposit will not be returned to you, or you will have to do it before leaving so I am counting on you to clean properly 😉 to avoid any problems, thank you for your understanding. Cameras are placed outside for your safety (and for mine 😉). this apartment does not have access for disabled people the linens,sheets and towels are provided but you must tell me the number of people who will be present during the stay so that I can provide you with the necessary number of towels, thank you. if you want to rent for more than a week , new clean sheets will be repossessed but it will be up to you to redo the bed , clean towels will also be repaired for you. The sheets must be removed before your departure( so I specify, the duvet covers, pillow case covers and mattress covers, are to be removed ⚠️ except the protection of the bedroom mattress, which should not be removed, thank you) and placed in the white laundry basket that is in the bathroom. the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher but it can only be used for stays of 3 days or more, and the dishes that will be inside must be dried and put away before your departure, I repeat it to you, if you stay less than 3 days there is dish soap at your disposal ( it is on the sink),the towel is available to you to try the dishes before your departure you must dispose of the bins you have used and place them in the large gray and burgundy bin that is in the back of the courtyard thank you. shower gel and shampoo are available for short stays full kitchen and small appliances there is a TV in the living room and another in the bedroom the bedroom has a large workspace and a hairdresser area. the apartment is equipped with electric shutters. your car will be parked in the closed garage with an electric remote control door ( unless you have a roof box, there it will not be possible,but you can park your car in the courtyard in front of the garage)it is forbidden to charge your electric car Coffee, tea, sugar are at your disposal as well as salt, pepper, oil,vinegar, for stays of 1 day maximum beyond it ⚠️ is up to you to plan 😉 and for the rest too ( as for toilet paper and garbage bag) it is up to you to plan. you can have an extra fan but it's on demand,it's not put on automatically. a steamer can be put at your disposal but you must request it when you book drinking water is available for your use. the garage door must be closed each time because this is the main entrance to the apartment, thank you.
