Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation. Surrounded by pasture, we are in an ideal corner, close to Cambrai (15 min), Valenciennes (25 min), Caudry (10 min). Thank you. ⚠️ When you rent the apartment, you must tell me your expected arrival time, to the nearest hour. If you wish to arrive earlier, that's possible, but it depends on my availability. So please don't hesitate to ask me beforehand, but please allow me time to reply. I'm not always by my phone, but I do respond quickly. If you're going to be late, please let me know. I will personally give you the remote control; there is no key box. ⚠️ Upon arrival, you must leave a €30 security deposit in cash or by check (it's up to you). This deposit covers the return of the garage door remote and the cleanliness of the apartment. I don't charge a cleaning fee, so you must clean what you use. For example, dishes must be put away and, most importantly, washed (with dish soap—yes, it's not obvious to everyone, so the sponge must be wet). They must be dried (you must not put wet dishes back in the cupboards). You must also clean the gas stove you use to cook your meals, as well as any other appliances you use, and the shower and/or bathtub faucets. The refrigerator must also be cleaned. I will check before your departure. If this isn't done, the deposit will not be returned, or you will have to clean it before leaving. So, I'm counting on you to clean properly 😉 to avoid any problems. Thank you for your understanding. Cameras are installed outside for your safety (and mine too 😉). This apartment is not wheelchair accessible. Linens, sheets, and towels are provided, but you must let me know the number of people who will be staying so I can provide the necessary number of towels. Thank you. If you wish to rent for more than one week, fresh, clean sheets will be provided, but you will be responsible for making the bed. Fresh towels will also be provided. The sheets must be removed before your departure (so, to be clear, duvet covers, pillowcases, and mattress covers must be removed ⚠️ except for the mattress protector in the bedroom, which must not be removed, thank you) and placed in the white laundry basket located in the bathroom. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, but it can only be used for stays of 3 days or more. Any dishes inside must be dried and put away before your departure. To reiterate, if you are staying less than 3 days, dish soap is available (it's on the sink). A dish towel is also provided for drying the dishes. Before your departure, you must empty the trash you have used and place it in the large gray and burgundy bin located at the back of the courtyard. Thank you. Shower gel and shampoo are available for short stays. The kitchen is equipped with large and small appliances. There is a television in the living room and another in the bedroom. The bedroom has a large work area and a vanity. The apartment is equipped with electric shutters. Your car will be parked in the enclosed garage with a remote-controlled electric door (unless you have a roof box, in which case it won't be possible, but you can park your car in the courtyard in front of the garage). Charging your electric car is prohibited. Ground coffee (there is also a Senseo coffee maker, but you'll need to bring your own pods), tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar are provided for stays of up to one day. ⚠️ For longer stays, you'll need to provide your own supplies. 😉 You'll also need to provide other items (like toilet paper and trash bags). An additional fan is available upon request; it's not automatically provided. A garment steamer can be made available upon request when you make your reservation. Drinking water is available.
