Family home, between the mountains and the countryside

Enjoy this beautiful and large house, perfectly suited for holidays with family or friends. In a quiet setting, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the Vercors mountains, a large garden with a kitchen-living room-terrace on one level, and you will have access to many activities offered in the surrounding area. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. The space The house consists of a large living-dining room with a cathedral ceiling and a large panoramic window. The kitchen and living room open directly onto the terrace, which allows you to eat outside with immediate access to the kitchen. A fireplace, a large table, sofas and a video projector; enough to lounge and enjoy good times together, while taking in the view of the mountains. The kitchen, open to the living-dining room, is fully equipped: dishes, fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave. For foodies, a raclette machine is also available. On the ground floor you also find a bathroom with a spacious shower, and separate toilet. - A spacious first bedroom with a 160 cm bed. -A second room that serves as an office but can also be used as a bedroom thanks to a comfortable sofa bed (160 when unfolded). Upstairs, there is a mezzanine that can be both a workspace with the office already present, a relaxation area, reading, yoga etc... or games with your children. - One bedroom with a 140 cm bed. - Another bedroom with a 180 cm bed. - And a final bedroom that currently has a small child's bed and a 140 cm floor mattress that can accommodate 2 adults. There are storage spaces throughout the house and in the bedrooms to store your belongings. Ceiling fans are installed in the upstairs bedrooms as well as in the living room. The house is well insulated and stays cool in the summer. The terrace is very shaded thanks to a large mulberry tree. In the basement you find a washer and dryer if needed as well as a large freezer. WIFI is at your disposal, as well as different childcare equipment if you come with a toddler (crib, high chair, changing table). We have a large fenced garden that will allow you to enjoy moments with friends and family. You can enjoy the shade of the pergola and admire the sunsets over the large cliffs of the Vercors massif. To keep you entertained, you have at your disposal ping pong table and swing in the garden, books and board games, as well as plenty of games for young children. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Guest access The house is located in a cul-de-sac. You have access to our personal parking lot where you can park several cars. The whole of the house is at your disposal, except the garage. An apartment with independent access is also on the property (on the garden level of the house). Only parking is common. So tenants can be present in this apartment during your stay, but each has their own dedicated space. Even the outdoor spaces, gardens and terraces are private. Direct access from the house to walking and mountain biking trails, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the beautiful scenery. This is a plateau surrounded by forest and field with great mountain views. Traffic is very low in this area, you will enjoy great calm. For relaxing or entertaining, you can find the Bresson International Golf Course, the Hippique Centre du Manoir or the spa of Uriage -les-Bains. The city of Grenoble is 10 minutes away. To cool off in the summer, the great lake of Laffrey is 20min away or Lake Monteynard is 40min away for water activities (kite, wing, windsurfing) You will not be left out for your winter activities: Chamrousse ski resort 25 minutes away, the Alpes d 'Huez 40 minutes away (via the L'Eau Dolle express cable car), access to the Vercors and the Chartreuse in 45 minutes. Small shops and restaurants are nearby in the surrounding villages (pharmacy and convenience store 3 minutes away, bakery 5 minutes away, small craft market and local 5 minutes away also on Tuesdays and Saturdays). For the biggest shopping, supermarkets are 10 minutes from the apartment and you are also not very far from the major fast roads A41, A48 or A51; it's up to you to explore the area!
