The house is located in a quiet neighborhood 2 min to the Ovens Auditorium, 5 min to Plaza Midwood, 10 min to Uptown/Downtown, 12 min to NODA, 15 min to CLT Airport, 15 min to Matthews and 20-25 min to University Area via car. The other rooms may be occupied by other AirBnB guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the first floor kitchen, living room, dining room and backyard. During your stay I do not live on this property but live and work nearby. I am very responsive via airbnb app, texts or phone calls. I can also be available to interact with the guests when I'm around. Chris and Robin are the house keepers who live on the property and will be available to answer any immediate questions.
