For stays of 14 nights or longer, the deposit is €500. This covers the 7% tourist tax (calculated over the nightly rate) and your water (€9.50 per m³) and electricity (€0.45 per kWh) usage. The deposit must be paid before arrival via an Airbnb payment request. After check-out, your actual consumption and tourist tax will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded promptly via Airbnb.
