Ty'n Rardd is a detached, 4 bedroom, self-catering farmhouse with an enclosed garden so ideal for families and dog owners. There is off-road parking on our driveway for 3/4 cars. The space The farmhouse is ideal for families. We have 2 living rooms- the large living room has a log fire, smart TV & patio doors. The 'snug' room has tabletop football with sofa & TV. There is a downstairs bedroom with double bed, a family bathroom upstairs and a bathroom with shower downstairs. The property has stunning views of the Snowdonia Mountains from almost every room! The large master bedroom has windows on 3 sides, and even with the sofa bed & travel cot set up there is still plenty of space. Guest access The whole house is accessible to our guests, only exception is the garage door (this opens onto a small void which we use for storage). Other things to note Please ensure your guest numbers and number of pets are entered correctly at the time of booking so that the price displayed is accurate. Altering guest/pet numbers after booking may result in a difference in price. We welcome up to 4 house trained dogs, there is pet fee (which is automatically added when pets are included on the booking). We ask that dogs aren't left alone and we ask guests, with respect, not to allow dogs in the bedrooms. We require guests to recycle during their stay, to ensure we comply with the Welsh Recycling regs. We ask guests to be respectful of our peaceful location by being mindful of noise levels, particularly late in the evenings.
