Cozy attefall cottage, 30 sqm, in Sälens village overlooking Lindvallen's ski slopes. About 1.2 km to the center with shops, café/restaurant/pizzeria, health center etc. About 500m to the Elljusspår with a cross-country skiing track in winter and walking/cycling in summer. Elljusspåret crosses the Vasaloppet trail which offers 90 km of fantastic cross-country skiing/hiking/biking. 7 km to Lindvallens ski resort with several restaurants and 15 km to Kläppen. About 2.5 km to golf course. Close to forest and river/lake for berry picking and fishing. The space Living room with kitchen area, sofa bed and dining area. Kitchen area with 2 burners, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. Note: No oven. Dining area for 2–4 people. Sleeping loft for 2 people. Note: There is a ladder to the loft. Sofa bed 140cm for 2 people. Bathroom with WC, shower and sauna. Departure cleaning is included. Sheets+towels can be booked for a fee SEK 150/person.
