A large kitchen, equipped for all requirements, awaits you. A living/living room of 40 m2 in which between the exceptional brightness of the coast of beauty will seduce you (TV, free wifi - fiber). The sleeping area: 2 bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed, the other 1 90x200 bunk bed), 1 bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, 1 bedroom of 25 m2 (bed 180 x 200) and its bathroom. Separate toilet. Garage available to drop off bikes... Outside, a flowered patio of 100 m2, surrounded by white walls, is composed of 2 terraces: one made of wood with its olive tree and table for meals, and the other in tiles with deckchairs and umbrellas. In the village you will find several restaurants on the harbor square and in the neighboring streets where you can taste regional products. On the practical side: a supermarket, a bakery (possibility to walk there), a tourist office, a ATM. 2.6 km away, in Breuillet, you will find a pharmacy, a butcher/charcuterie at the top with a primeur with quality products in front. Activities: Mornac-Sur-Seudre is organized around its oyster fishing port and the medieval alleys of its historic center largely pedestrian (its 14th century halls, its Romanesque church St Pierre - 12th century). White houses - with green or blue shutters - ancient fishermen, lined with hoppers, today host art galleries with painting art galleries and punctuated by craftsmen's workshops (jewelry, candle creation...), a glass treader and small shops (decorative objects, clothing, local products).
