Best of both worlds situated between the beautiful beaches of Dawesville & Peel Harvey Estuary, explore the beauty of Bouvard & its surrounding areas. The space Whip up brekkie or a midnight snack in your kitchenette, stocked with a fridge, microwave, induction hotplate, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich toaster, rice cooker, & a filtered water system !– plus all the cutlery, crockery pots & pans everything you’ll need. Freshen up in a modern terrazzo tiled bathroom with a roomy shower, fluffy towels, face cloths & toiletries. Snuggle into your comfy queen bed with fresh linen, comfy pillows, bedside cabinets, black out curtains & blinds , hanging rail & phone charging ports on both sides of the bed. Stream, scroll or snooze with Star link Wi-Fi & Smart TV with Stan & Paramount. Step outside to your private courtyard with alfresco seating , electric BBQ grill plate, shaded by peach, peppy & tuart trees, meet the other residents the magpies, parrots, kookaburras & even a pair of Whistling kites that are nesting in the Tuart tree behind the Studio ! – Our chooks may make an appearance Dolly, Peanut, Rose & pals may meander through the Courtyard at times. Some light road noise drifts in now and again, but the birds and breeze usually steal the show. Nb. The fire pit cannot be used between Nov 2025 & May 2026, this is a Prohibited Burning Period. If you’re in the mood for some sand between your toes, & a swim in the Indian ocean, the beaches are just 10 minutes away by car & the sunsets are to die for !! , the estuary’s is an easy 10-minute wander from the Studio , plenty of crabs this time of year & for the early birds go watch the sunrise !
