The space Elegant, Light-Filled Suite with Private Entrance in Central Kinross Welcome to your peaceful retreat in a beautiful Victorian family home, tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of Kinross. With its own private entrance and charming period features, this suite is perfect for couples, solo travellers, or close friends and family. Step into a small vestibule with coat hooks before entering the bright, west-facing double bedroom (with standard UK double bed) tastefully decorated with high ceilings, working shutters, and a thermal curtain for added comfort and privacy. The private sitting room is south-facing and filled with natural light. With handsome high ceilings and comfy seating, it’s a lovely place to relax. Enjoy a Smart TV, a selection of glassware, crockery, cutlery, a Nespresso machine, kettle, and tea/coffee supplies. A small fridge is also provided for your convenience. The en-suite bathroom—accessed through the bedroom—features two windows, a luxurious deep bath (perfect for soaking after a walk or ride), and a spacious walk-in shower. The suite is part of our family home. We have young children who generally sleep well, but there may be some noise from time to time. As this is a family home, a certain level of household noise should be expected. No cooking facilities. Additional features: Private entrance Private off-street parking The bed is a standard UK double (135cm wide) so for couples used to wider beds or friends not in a couple, it can be ‘cosy’. Accessibility: There is a step to enter the room but the internal layout is on one level. Please note access to the loo is quite tight so only really suitable for smaller wheelchairs. Guest access The suite can be accessed by a private entrance, independent of the main house. There are two parking spaces available for guests. Other things to note Please note: whilst there is a fridge and a kettle, there are no cooking facilities. The bed is a standard UK double bed (~135cm wide). We appreciate some guests may be accustomed to wider beds but due to the positioning of the door to the sitting room we feel anything wider would compromise the space. The suite is part of our family home. We have young children who generally sleep well, but there may be some noise from time to time.
