The interior has been tastefully renovated and decorated, offering a warm, modern island feel. The villa features: - Spacious bedrooms with comfortable furnishings - Bathroom with walk-in shower - Open-concept living area with panoramic windows and 360° views - Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances — oven, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. - Fast Wi-Fi and a 42" Smart TV - Private, spacious grounds with free parking and a wood-fired BBQ Every detail has been designed to make you feel at home while surrounded by Pico’s natural beauty. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire outdoor space, including the garden and multiple patios — perfect for dining, lounging, or simply soaking in the views. From sunrise to sunset, the scenery is ever-changing and unforgettable. On clear days, you may even spot whales and dolphins just off the coast. Private areas - Please do not enter. Sheds, Lava house & Basement. The lava/stone house beside the villa, it's old & unstable. Not safe to enter. Other things to note All textiles and linens (bedding, bath, beach, and kitchen towels) are provided. A traditional Portuguese barbecue (churrasco) are available on the back patio. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present a passport or ID upon arrival for registration with the Foreigners and Borders Service. Please note that we are not responsible for flight or ferry delays or cancellations. Missed nights due to travel disruptions are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy (Firm): - Cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund. - Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in for a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
