The villa is located within a secured gated community. - Smoking is prohibited inside the villa and all rooms. - The kitchen is not accessible to guests, except for infants with prior approval. - Unregistered guests, day visitors, bachelor groups, and stag parties are not allowed. - Loud music is not permitted after 10 PM. - The pool is unguarded; children must always be supervised by adults. - Pickleball court access is chargeable on an hourly basis. - A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 per room is applicable.
