The building belonged to my family and we have arranged it with great affection so that it remains so. It is a building whose facade has the typical galleries of northern Spain. It has a perfect location to discover the city, it is surrounded by shops and hotels. Right below there is a coffee shop with a terrace, which has a snack menu and has the oldest skewer bar in the city and the most famous rabas. Parking is very easy and it is very well connected to go directly to both the ski resort and the main cities of Santander, Palencia, etc. Other things to note It is important to note that although the stairs are very comfortable, it is a first floor and THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.
