Property in quiet location in the countryside in Lauterbach

Dear guests, we look forward to seeing you soon 💁‍♂️💁‍♀️ 🏡Quietly located accommodation of about 80 square meters (some areas are private), spread over two floors, built around 1900, in a cul-de-sac. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the French border in the beautiful "Warndt" 🌳🦌 Up to 4 adult guests can be comfortably accommodated here. A garage only for bicycles and motorcycles on request with an additional charge IMPORTANT:🚘 Free parking for max. 2 cars only directly in front of the property, not near the neighbors. The space There is 1 walk-in shower on the first floor and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove (4 burners) and oven. The house can accommodate 4 people. (1x double bed on the ground floor, 2x single beds on the upper floor). The basement and, on the 1st upper floor, 2 rooms and the garages are not accessible to guests. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked in the right garage upon request. On the upper floor, there is a small workstation and a small selection of tourist information about Saarland. Please do not set up tents in the garden. Setting up or filling pools is not allowed or only by arrangement, but in that case a water fee will be charged. Barbecuing (swinging) only under supervision. During the summer months, it may be prohibited by law to operate open fires outdoors. Guest access Lower complete apartment, on the second floor 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 hallway Real garage only for bicycles and motorcycles on request with surcharge without use of the basement, 2 rooms on the upper floor are for our private use (marked) It is important to note that the house has two stairs (one outside to get to the entrance, another inside). Access to the house is through a key safe in the outdoor area. Other things to note We rent out an allergy-friendly accommodation, so no pets are allowed. IMPORTANT: No smoking in the entire interior! With regard to the neighbors, celebrations of all kinds are prohibited and from 10 pm the usual volume applies at night. Additional guests or friends are generally not allowed. However, if you would like to invite friends, please let me know in advance, they can then be booked additionally via Airbnb if necessary. We reserve the right to enter the house without prior notice in case of emergency. The entrance is monitored 24/7 outdoors via a camera (Ring).
