Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space Absolute waterfront located on the beautiful Hawkesbury River. This three bedroom residence consists of the master bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen bed and the second and third bedrooms sleeps 3 in each room consisting of trio bunks with double bed on the bottom and single bed on top. Sleeping a maximum of 8 people in total per night. Unlimited strong internet is available for multiple devices through Starlink. 75 inch smart TV allows you to access Netflix, Apple TV, Paramount, 7Plus, 9Now, Ten Play and many more. Paid services require you to log into your own account to access. Located within Tasman Holiday Park set on 42 acres, you will have access to onsite parking at the rear of the cabin with space for 2 cars or a car and boat or jet ski. Access is not available to the garage. You will have exclusive use of the cabin and will be able to enjoy the expansive grounds of the park with access to the pontoons and the boat ramp for launching boats or jet skis. Pontoons are for drop off and pick up only, no vessel is permitted to be tied up to these. Moorings are privately owned and are not available during your stay. This river is tidal, life jackets are recommended when swimming. This is a family park, no groups or parties are permitted. Loud noise should be kept to a minimum and cease at 10pm. This is a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. As the cabins are located in close proximity to each other please consider your neighbours during your stay. Neighbours are entitled to contact the park manager should they feel guest behaviour is not appropriate. Any guests not adhering to park rules may be asked to leave. Children are to be supervised at all times. Safety and behaviour during your stay are the responsibility of the guests. Mobile phone reception works well if you are a Telstra customer. Other providers may not work in the park. Unlimited strong wi fi is available throughout your stay to help you stay connected if needed by messaging if you are not with Telstra. Loss of keys Once you access the keys from the lockbox you are responsible for them until your check out. Please note there will be a charge for loss and replacement of keys.
