Note: It may take longer during the winter. You are free to use the rooms, equipment, and fixtures. Please relax in your own private space. Other things to note 【Important】 Acts such as noise and smoking that cause inconvenience to neighbors are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of your surroundings and mind your volume, especially at night and the early morning. This facility is not a party space. It is strictly prohibited to use it for loud parties or events. Additional fees will be charged if nearby residents report due to excessive noise, smoking, fouling, damage, vomiting, etc. caused by the customer. In the worst case scenario, you will be asked to leave the room immediately. If you do not agree to the above, please refrain from making a reservation. ■ Check-in 04:00pm - 11:00pm. ■ Check-out Please leave the room by 10:00am at latest. ※ A fine shall be charged if fail to check-out by the above mentioned time. ■ Fireworks All types of fireworks, including handheld fireworks and those used by the poolside, are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the facility. As fireworks may cause damage to the property, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. ■ Prohibited acts Please cooperate with us as there is a possibility of damaging the equipment. ・If you bring in a pet or stay with a pet (Fine 55,000 JPY) ・Late checkout without notice and completion of payment beforehand（Fine 2750JPY / 15min） ・Disposal or other signs of cigarettes in and around the building (55,000 JPY) ・Noise nuisance that can cause trouble with the neighbors (especially during midnight and early morning) (Fine 33,000 JPY) ・Disposal of garbage in inappropriate way (if you wish to take out the trash, please contact us beforehand) (Fine 33,000 JPY) ・Staying with more people than the original number of guests booked for (22,000 JPY × number of people) ・Damages to the property or loss of items ・Please count to the number of people if there is a drop-in or check-in without accommodation. ・Guests only under high school age are not allowed to stay on the premises. ・Bringing and using fire pits and charcoal grills. ■ Submission of guest information All guests are required to submit the following information. • Name, address, occupation and nationality • Passport image ※ Please cooperate to comply with the accommodation-related laws. ※ Customers living in Japan also need to submit their ID cards with photos. ※ Failure to submit may result in cancellation of the reservation. ※ We are responsible for managing your personal information and do not provide, sell, or share it with any third party.We may submit it only if there is a request accompanied by legal obligations such as the police. ■ Other ・Please be sure to wear a swimsuit when using the pool. ・Eating, drinking, and water balloons are prohibited inside the pool. ・There is no room wear and cooking seasoning in the room, so please bring your own. ・In order to protect the safety of guests, security cameras are installed in front of the building entrance and rooms. ・Our facility is located in the Hakone area, which is rich in nature. Therefore, insects (ants, mantis, centipedes, etc.), spiders, and wild animals (wild boars, civets, monkeys, snakes, geckos, etc.) inhabit the area around the facility regardless of the season. If you see a wild animal, please refrain from approaching it or yelling or otherwise provoking it. Although we carefully check the rooms at the time of each cleaning and take regular measures to eliminate and prevent insects, we are unfortunately unable to completely prevent insect infestation. We hope you will understand that this is only possible in a location with abundant greenery. If you are not fond of insects, please refrain from using our apartments.
