The villa includes 4 spacious bedrooms, each One with a double bed and a closet. There are two comfortable living rooms, each with a sofa that converts into a double bed. One living room features a 32-inch smart TV, while the other has a 55-inch smart TV. In addition to the sofa beds, foldable beds can be added in the living areas to accommodate extra guests. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and toilet, and the second with an additional shower and a separate toilet. The villa is equipped with two fully furnished kitchens, each with an espresso machine, a filter coffee machine, serving dishes, a kettle, microwave, oven, fridge, electric stove, and a dining table for six people. you can enjoy a quiet balcony with a coffee table and seating area. The private garden is perfect for relaxing, with a large garden, a table and chairs, sun loungers, and fresh air. The villa can accommodate up to 16 guests. The villa also has a private laundry area, where you'll find a washing machine with soap and fabric softener, and a drying rack which are perfect for a long stay. Additionally, the villa offers a communal garden with a large dining table for 12 pepole, a wood oven, and a charcoal barbecue. There is private parking available for up to 4 cars. The villa is a 30-minute drive from Sitia Airport in Crete and about an hour's drive from Heraklion Airport.
