🌿 Close to nature, lake house with its own beach & boat Welcome to Åsvedals Gård – a quiet and secluded accommodation in the heart of nature, with its own beach, boat and free fishing. Perfect if you want to relax, fish, hike or just enjoy the silence. Only 10 minutes away is Valdemarsvik with grocery stores and services. The space The house is beautifully located on a cliff overlooking a wildlife area where elk, deer, deer and wild boar often pass. It's quiet, private and without close neighbors (we hosts live about 100 meters away on the farm). 200 meters from the house is the home lake where you have: ✓ Private beach ✓ Rowboat (free to use) ✓ Free fishing (fishing license included) ✓ Plenty of perch and pike Around the house are large lawns for play and games. In the forests you will find hiking trails, mushrooms and berries. On the property, there are also nice walking paths. South-facing patio with barbecue grill. 🛏 The house (6 guests) Two-story house with a cozy and homely feel. You can choose to clean it yourself – let us know beforehand and we'll adjust the price. 🚗 Good to know Car is needed to get here. Free parking at the house. We are available during the stay and are happy to help if you need anything. Guest access The house is located on a farm and the tenant has access to large parts of it including private bathing area, green areas, barn area. Other things to note During the stay, the guest can contact us by email or via direct contact, usually we live on the property and are close at hand.
