Welcome to our 17th-century cottage, beautifully located on Bjärehalvön among rolling beech forests. Here, the charm of history blends with modern tools for health and restoration. Creaking wooden floors, a timeless atmosphere, and closeness to nature make this cottage an ideal retreat for those seeking peace and a break from everyday life – or an active stay with hiking, the sea, tennis, golf, and Båstad’s nightlife within easy reach. Welcome to Haqvin’s Cottage! The space Here, you stay in simple yet cozy surroundings. There are a total of six regular beds: one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a sofa bed for two in the middle room, and a sofa in the living room that works well for sleeping, suitable for someone up to 170 cm tall. There is also a foldable bed available if there are more than seven guests. The kitchen is small but equipped with a compact stove, oven, microwave, and the essentials you need for cooking. Adjacent to it is a small dining area, and in the living room there is a large table where up to ten people can gather for meals or game nights. Two stoves add extra atmosphere, but they are NOT to be used due to the thatched roof of the cottage. The cottage also has a toilet and shower. Outdoors, you’ll find a green, leafy garden with a trampoline for the kids, a grill, and outdoor furniture for relaxing summer days. The entire property is fenced (minimum height 70 cm), which makes it more suitable for guests with dogs – but please note that the safety of your pet is your responsibility. Small dogs may be able to squeeze through the fence. Free parking is available. If you wish to camp in a tent, that’s absolutely fine. There’s also a beautiful motorhome and caravan site just 200 meters from the cottage, perfect for larger groups. (Site name: Foten av Hallandsåsen) Guest access You have access to the entire cottage and the entire yard, as well as half of the outdoor storage. The attic of the cottage is private and may not be used.
