Welcome to a bright and quiet house

Large, furnished house measuring 180 m² (1,937 sq. ft.), spacious and bright, just a short walk from the canal. 3 bedrooms, including 1 private room with a bathroom. Upstairs: mezzanine with workspace (office/library) and bathroom. 1000 m² plot/patio. Ille & Rance Canal towpath. 50 km from St Malo & Mont Saint Michel. 5 km from the Etang du Boulet de Feins. 20 minutes from Rennes. 3 kms from 1 supermarket, train, pharmacy. The space Harry, our cat, and 4 chickens live here. Everything will be available for them to take care of their pets' bowls. We will provide you with a few explanations upon your arrival. Guest access There are 3 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs. The children's games in the photo are no longer available outside, but instead there is a small wooden cabin with small children's cooking utensils. Other things to note We did not charge a cleaning fee but we want to find our house in the same condition as when the keys were handed over.
