Slightly above street level and easily accessible by stairs, this non-smoking and no pet duplex is equipped with roller shutters on each window, air conditioning and a water softener. It consists of the following: • ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - Kitchen equipped with many appliances, utensils, condiments, garden herbs, basic grocery store, local and organic. A quality steamer replaces the microwave to provide an ideal alternative to preserve the flavors and benefits of food while preparing healthy and tasty dishes; - Lounge / dining area with a quality sofa bed (sleeping 160x200), and a library (kitchen books, personal development books, local hiking cards, local producers' addresses, essential oil diffuser, yoga mat, zafu ...) - Walk-in shower area; - Separate toilets. • ON the 1st FLOOR ON the MEZZANINE (access via a beautiful slightly steep staircase): - Bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200, modular at will: you can bring them together for a large bed of 180x200 or separate them for more independence, with bed linen included for your comfort; - Relaxation area suspended by a net and its fluffy cushions, for a moment of total relaxation. Enjoy an outdoor terrace of 40 sqm, without vis-à-vis with sunbeds and garden furniture for a relaxing break. From your terrace, freely access the common garden: a south-facing solarium with sunbathing, a dining area near the vegetable garden, and mobile sunbeds to enjoy reading under the pine tree or a starry evening. A parking space is also reserved for you for added comfort, and an enclosed space is available to park bikes or motorcycles if needed. The following are at your disposal: Towels and toiletries, bed linen and kitchen towels, bathrobe(s) for the spa, cleaning products, recycling and compost. ------- Things to know – A thoughtfully thought out space ------- The cottage is located in an independent annex, close to our house, completely renovated in 2024. We did the work, the layout and the decoration ourselves, with the desire to create a simple, harmonious and welcoming place. Established in the village for more than 20 years, we know well the walks between vines and undergrowth, the local producers and the treasures of the region. We will be happy to share our good places and favorites, according to your desires. In season, you can discover fruit from the garden, aromatic herbs and vegetables from the vegetable garden, lovingly grown. Guest access The accommodation is located just above street level and remains very easily accessible by stairs. The living space of the accommodation is located on the ground floor of the maisonette, while the sleeping space is arranged as a mezzanine, accessible by a staircase with authentic charm and relatively inclined but quite passable. A parking space is reserved for you free of charge on the street, below the house. A large shared garden of 2000 m² is also available to relax or enjoy the outdoors. Other things to note To enhance your stay, we offer a range of additional services to complete your wellness experience: • Spa: relax in our indoor family spa, with its benches, massage jets and balneotherapy. (€20/hour per person for the privatization of the space, to be booked in advance). Also enjoy essential oil aromatherapy if desired. HOT TUB OPEN FROM APRIL TO SEPTEMBER. • "Stretch, breathe" workshop: Deep relaxation with gentle stretching, acupressure and breathing techniques (1 hour – €20/person). • Vegetable and Catering classes. For a healthy taste experience, discover local plant food, with delivered meals or cooking workshops adapted to your desires, through a partnership with a naturopath friend. • Laundry service: Access our personal laundry room for always fresh linen (washing machine €5, dryer €5). • (Coming soon) Massages: Treat yourself to a relaxing moment with our personalized energy massages.
