Room in Kemsing

Situated in a lovely quiet village over looking a green. 15-20 minutes from the M25, it's a 20 minute walk or 6 minute drive to Otford station with fast link trains to London Victoria or Charing Cross. Within the village there is a pub, Italian deli, Indian restaurant, fish and chips or Chinese takeaway plus a convenience shop. Locally there are many national trust properties, beautiful woodland walks and gardens to see as well as the North downs and Pilgrims Way. The space The room situated on the ground floor has a small double very comfortable bed in a quiet house with use of the kitchen, lounge, bathroom and garden with outdoor seating. The space will be shared with myself, another housemate plus my two cats. I provide a simple help yourself breakfast with self check in for your convenience. Tea and coffee is included. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen, living room, dining area and garden. During your stay You can always get me via the app or on my mobile. I am happy to interact with guests or give you space. Other things to note No pets allowed I'm sorry as I have two cats
