This lovely little 1 x Bed cottage is perfect for chilling and relaxing with some fantastic views over stunning Scottish Countryside. It has a kitchen overlooking the lounge and a extra large shower in the newly renovated shower room. There is a private patio with its own patio furniture. Guest access Guests have full access to the swing park and the surrounding garden. We have fire pits available should you wish to use one please ask at reception for details. The Country Club is open every day from 9am to 7pm midweek and till 3pm at the weekends and is available for use at an additional charge of £5 per person per session with last admission 30mins before closing. This includes use of the gyms and swimming pool however, please note that the Swimming pool is not accessible during the swimming lessons which run every day during the following times. Monday 10am to 1pm 3pm to 6pm. Tuesday 4pm to 6.30pm Wednesday 4pm to 6.30pm Thursday 4pm to 6.30pm Friday 10am to 2pm 3.30pm to 6pm Saturday 8am to 2pm Sunday 9am to 3pm The Sauna use is available for an additional charge and must be pre-arranged at reception. £10.00 for 1 session for 1 person. £5.00 for each additional person up to a max of 4 people. Alternatively, if you are staying for an extended period you can take out a club membership which would work out more economical for you. Other things to note Electric Supply - unlimited electricity is not included in the nightly rate. Electricity is supplied on a fair use policy and any excess is charged using a Top up Meter. Full details of which will be provided on arrival and in the guest information. This cottage forms part of a complex and has its own patio and parking. Note this property has stairs in it leading to the bedroom. The shower and toilet is situated downstairs. For stays of 7 - 14 nights or longer, access to the property will be required during the booking period to complete a linen change.
