Very cozy. The space This apartment is one of the 5 apartments in the building. So even though the apartment is for 2 people, ask us and if there are more of you, you have the possibility to stay in several. This building is a traditional building, with the typical galleries of homes in northern Spain. The location is perfect, it is located in the center, close to all kinds of shops. Right next to the building there is a cafeteria with the oldest skewer bar in the city and the varied gastronomic offer offered by Reinosa is just a few minutes away, as well as the drinks area etc. There is free parking in the same area and it is perfectly well connected to go by car in any direction: ski resort, Santander, Palencia etc. Guest access This apartment is just for you. It is a studio with a fresh, modern decor. It is a room with a kitchen integrated in the same room. You have at your disposal kitchenware and dishes to eat, the kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave and a two-burner stove. You also have a capsule coffee maker, orange juicer, and kettle. Salt, oil and vinegar. Scouring pads and cleaning set. In the room there are sheets, blankets and pillows and in the bathroom there is a hydromassage shower, soaps, gel and shampoo and towels. A small room is also available to store your ski gear. The building is composed of 5 apartments and although this one is only for 2 people, if there are more of you, you can ask us if you have the possibility to book another one. The building belonged to my family and we have arranged it with great affection so that it remains so. It is a building whose facade has the typical galleries of northern Spain. It has a perfect location to discover the city, it is surrounded by shops and hotels. Right below there is a coffee shop with a terrace, which has a snack menu and has the oldest skewer bar in the city and the most famous rabas. Parking is very easy and it is very well connected to go directly to both the ski resort and the main cities of Santander, Palencia, etc. Other things to note It is important to note that although the stairs are very comfortable, it is a second floor and THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. The apartments are decorated with great care and have hydromassage jet showers in their bathrooms. They are located on one of the main streets, you have everything close by, including parking for your car, in the middle of the street and without any expense two minutes from the door, as well as the exits of the city wherever you go. Reinosa is a small and manageable city, you don't need public transport. It is a city with a mountain climate and a wonderful landscape full of routes to discover. In winter you have the Alto Campoo ski resort a step away and in summer you have river and swamp, the Ebro reservoir, to enjoy the sun. It has a special enclave for hiking, 10 minutes away you can find yourself in the middle of fields full of cows or horses. You can also play golf. There are tourist villages very close that will allow you to make excursions, without forgetting that you are 3 quarters of an hour from the beach and cities such as Santander, Palencia, Burgos are next door.
