Charming house with pool

Enjoy this fully renovated house that combines old-fashioned charm with modern comforts. The house is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, close to Angers, in a 3.6-hectare park fully fenced with a pond and a dug pool (not heated). Access to the property is via an electric gate. Our house (main residence) is also located on the property close to the house you will occupy. Enjoy your stay in Anjou! The space We designed this cottage to guarantee you the best comfort, while enjoying the charm of the old. The green setting in which it is located will allow you to fully enjoy the Angevin sweetness. The house consists of: - on the ground floor: A living room open to the equipped kitchen. The living room sofa is a real bed, with a slatted bed base, and an 80x200 mattress. We have the option to provide an extra mattress to make a 160x200 bed on request. The separate toilet with a handwasher completes this level. - upstairs: A bedroom with a king size bed of 180x200. We have the option to separate the bed into 2 beds of 90x200 on request, and install an umbrella bed and a changing table. A bathroom open to the bedroom, with a shower and a double vanity furniture. Do not hesitate to let us know your request for sleeping arrangements, we will be happy to answer you. We offer the following options: - A cleaning fee of €20, which is not mandatory if you prefer to clean the place yourself (all the necessary supplies are provided). - A baby kit for €15, including a travel crib (with mattress and fitted sheet), a changing table, and a high chair or booster seat. - Pool towels for €10 per guest per stay. - Outside: Guests can take advantage of the large in-ground swimming pool (12x6 meters) from May to September, shared with our family. It's unheated. Guests can also stroll through the fully fenced 3.6 hectare park, with an unsecured pond. You will be less than 5 minutes drive from the town of Soucelles, with all the local shops (bakery, pharmacy, press, supermarket). Explore the surroundings: downtown Angers is 20 minutes from the house, Terra Botanica Park 20 minutes away, Angers Lion Racecourse 25 minutes away, La Flèche Zoo 40 minutes away, Saumur city center 45 minutes away, Le Mans 24 hours circuit 1 hour away, Puy du Fou at 1h15. Other things to note A cleaning fee will be offered to guests based on the number of nights. In the absence of the cleaning package, the house must be returned in the same clean condition as when you arrived. A baby kit is also available, so you don't have to bring a travel cot (with mattress and fitted sheet), a changing table, and a high chair or booster seat. It is forbidden to charge your electric car on the outlets of the house. Two charging stations for electric vehicles are available at 4 Rue du Bourg Joly and 22 Rue de Touraine (in the municipality of Tiercé), 1 minute away by car. Parties are not allowed. The inside of the house is non-smoking, but ashtrays are available outside.
