HITOYANE guesthouse is a one-group-per-day private stay in central Aizuwakamatsu. 15 minutes on foot to Tsuruga Castle and 5 minutes to Oyaku-en, with easy access by car to Sazaedo, Iimoriyama, Nisshinkan, and Ouchi-juku. Nearby restaurants offer local dishes like horse meat, sauce katsu-don, and ramen. Nekoma Mountain is about 40 minutes away, ideal for winter sports. Relax on the balcony or cook with local ingredients. The owners can share tips on restaurants and sightseeing! The space ・The entire second floor is for your private use, making it ideal for families with children or groups of 3–6 people. ・The owner couple lives on the first floor and can share local recommendations. ・Amenities include: 1 towel per guest per night, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, and hair iron. ・Sleepwear is not provided. ・For longer stays, cleaning is offered once every 3 nights upon request. No cleaning service is provided for stays of up to 2 nights. Guest access The first-floor area is off-limits to guests (marked “Staff Only”). Guests have exclusive access to the entire second floor. During your stay For any questions, please contact us via Airbnb’s messaging system. Other things to note ・The owner couple lives on the first floor, so this is not a fully private house rental. ・There is no washer or dryer. Please use the coin laundry 5 minutes on foot from the guesthouse. ・Guest rooms are on the second floor, accessible by stairs. ・The guesthouse is in a residential area. Please avoid loud noise or disruptive behavior. Parties, fireworks on the balcony, and barbecues are prohibited. ・Parking is limited to one car. Guests must arrange additional parking themselves. ・Up to 5 guests are provided futons in the Japanese-style room. For 6 guests, a sofa bed is available. If fewer than 5 guests wish to use the sofa bed due to health or other reasons, please consult us in advance. ・Check-in is usually in person, while check-out is self-service.
