Family home get away ‘The Three Palms’

Welcome to our home near the lake, We are suited to short stays of 2nights minimum, we are looking for Longer Stay Guests of 21days or more. The pennisula has everything you need from Parks, Shops, Pub, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, takeaways,bakery, butcher etc. Our Home is suited to contract workers in the area, small families, couples, and the older generation. We don't allow large groups & parties in respect to our neighbours. The space The home is open plan, spacious & flows from the front door the back door with three bedrooms with builtins, one main bathroom and one ensuite, single car garage and two living spaces. One bedroom has a king bed setup and the second room is a queen bed and the third has two king single beds. *Kitchen is equipped with full oven, cooktop, large fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, electric slow cooker. With sufficient amount of pots & pans & utensils to cook. *Central air conditioning in all rooms and common area. ceiling fan in all rooms and dining. Solar panels 6kw system. *laundry- washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, pegs, clothes line outside, & vaccum cleaner. Guest access Access to the three palms getaway is through the Red front door. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway of the home, 3-4 cars can squeeze in off the road with parking infront of the privacy screens on the grass next to the road another 2-3 cars can park nose to gates. (Not on the front yard lawn with the gardens along the fence.) Other things to note The Three Palms Getaway is setup to have long stay tenants occupy it that need to avoid renting or are in transition of homes. Perfect for couples & families with kids. We prefer groups of Adults to be over 26 years old as it is our family home and we are NOT interested in having any young groups of people using our home for schoolies/graduation parties etc. This is much appreciated Registration Details PID-STRA-89057
