La Petite Broussaille - Cocooning house

Welcome to La Petite Broussaille alone, as a couple or family! After 4 years of hard work for the renovation of this cottage, it is a dream of a little girl that comes true. This little house has a vocation in a few years to welcome our aging parents. In the meantime, we make it available to vacationers to discover our beautiful region. The space 🏘 This independent 80 m2 house is located on a quiet street in a countryside village marked by the 1914-18 war. (sometimes with the sounds of a tractor, a rooster, dogs, or even an owl around 11 pm 😍) Upstairs: 1 master bedroom with 160x200 bed with wardrobe and changing table 1 family room with 140x190 bed and 90x190 bed, children's library and play area, storage space for adults Bed linens included On the ground floor: A small entrance with coat rack, shoe rack A living room with a fireplace, 2 comfortable armchairs for its reading nook, a hi-fi system, a connected tv and a click and click in a cozy decor A fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area: oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Upon arrival, water bottles, coffee pod, tea bag, sugar, salt/pepper, oil and vinegar, dish soap at your disposal for a peaceful arrival. Bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. Toilet paper, hand soap, left available for your arrival. Towels included An exterior in its juice: 300m2 closes with motorized gate. 🥾 From the house you have access to hiking trails and the forest is very close. 🐎 At the top of the forest is an equestrian center that offers ponies walks for the little ones. 🍺 You can cool off and eat at Mother Mitage cafe in the middle of the forest. The cafe also offers themed evenings and various cultural workshops. (Tuesday-Friday) 🏰 A few kilometers away, Donjon de Vic sur Aisne, Ruines de Coucy le Chateau d 'Auffrique, Chateau de Pierrefonds, Chateau de Compiegne, Chateau de Chantilly, Chateau de Villers Cotterets. Nature walk, adorable villages, castles and lots of spots to say "Oh that's pretty here' 🎈For activities, a tree climbing park, foraging, farmhouse, exotic garden (animals), pedalo, swimming pool, CenterParc, playground, mini golf... a few kilometers away. A little further, Lac des Ailettes, Zoo d 'Amiens, Asterix, Disneyland (1h15) and of course a visit to our beautiful capital by the Soissons Paris or Compiegne Paris train 👶 Bathtub, highchair, umbrella bed, changing table, toys and board games/books for the older ones are at your disposal bed 🛏 linen and towels are provided. Washing with disinfectant laundry detergent. 👨‍👩‍👧 Our proximity will allow us to be responsive because your comfort remains our priority. Guest access With reception or independently depending on availability Other things to note We would like to inform you that the cottage is totally independent 🌿 The exterior is simple but functional, and we gradually arrange it with care. No perfect lawn or sophisticated decor (not yet!), but an accessible, fenced exterior. The space is large enough to accommodate trucks and trailers. Access to the cottage is via a fairly steep descent. Vehicles with low ground clearance may touch slightly below. The steps of the staircase at the entrance are quite high. Unfortunately, the listing is not accessible to people with disabilities.
