Crispins Corner is set in the delightful village of Stedham, in the heart of the South Downs. We have a wonderful variety of walks and mountain bike trails on the door step, in the local countryside and on the South Downs. Close to the village pub and 2 miles from Midhurst and Cowdray Park, which can be easily accessed by a level cycle path. Goodwood, several National Trust properties, Roman villas and the wonderfull sandy beach at West Wittering are only a short drive away. The space Newly renovated and beautifully styled single story self contained annexe with private courtyard and everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Ample parking next to the property and secure cycle storage. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room, large sitting/dining room and a separate kitchen leading onto the private patio. Relax in a welcoming living and dining space with lovely garden views, soft lighting and a warm eclectic style. The room feels comfortable, mixing traditional furniture, consisting of a three seater sofa, armchair and a footstool. The large oak dining table will comfortably seat four people. The 48" TV is complemented by 5.1 surround sound, a Blu-ray player, and a selection of DVD's and Freeview. (Amazon and Netfix available through your own subscription). A separate HiFi system allows you to play your chosen music through Bluetooth or CD. Alternatively, create your own music on the upright piano! The south facing room is light and spacious but cosy in winter with the log burner and wood provided. The bedroom is a peaceful retreat with traditional wood paneling and decorated in soft, soothing tones. Bed linen is Egyptian Cotton. Ample storage is provided by a wardrobe and a dressing table with chair. Reading lamps sit on the bedside tables next to wall sockets and USB charging points. The shower room (including WC) is compact and bright, featuring a modern glass shower with both rainfall and handheld options. Sink with vanity unit, wall mounted toothbrush charger and dual fuel towel rail. Separate fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, hob, combi oven, fridge (with small freezer compartment), kettle, toaster, cafetiere and an Aeropress. Enjoy the welcome selection of home made bread and cake with butter and jam, as well as fresh milk, Greek yogurt, free range eggs, muesli and of course tea and fresh coffee. Pretty private patio area with table and chairs. Perfect for alfresco cocktails. Guest access Guests have private access to the whole apartment, including lounge/dining room, bedroom, ensuite shower room, kitchen and patio. Other things to note We are usually on hand to assist with any queries and can advise on walks, cycle routes and lots of interest to visit, and local pubs, cafes and restaurants .
