The space The house has a small courtyard at the entrance, a garden, a large terrace with stairs, mountain and sea views. It is a village house with 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and a usable area of approximately 70 square meters including the courtyard. There is a car park in front of the house. There is 1 king size double bed and 1 standard sofa bed. It is 6 km from the sea. It is 20 steps from the village square. THE HOUSE IS HEATED BY AIR CONDITIONING IN WINTER CONDITIONS. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN AND BATHROOM. WITH A PORTABLE ELECTRIC STOVE, 1 OIL ELECTRIC RADIATOR AND EXTRA BLANKETS, THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH OUR GUESTS' HEATING AS LONG AS THE TEMPERATURE DID NOT DROP BELOW ZERO IN WINTER.
