The apartment has an active ventilation system with incoming air to the bedroom and living room and outgoing air from the bathroom and kitchen. The space The house was built in 2014. It is located in a quiet and child-friendly area. Fjellhamar is considered one of the most attractive areas in Lørenskog. There are 4 windows in the flat but some limited view due to its location.
