The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac and is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike trips; for example, it is only 55 km to Tarvisio on the old railway line. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. A double bed can be booked in the living room upon request. The space The apartment is accessible with only one step and offers a generous 180-degree view of the Karavanke Mountains. The car is under the carport, the bicycles can be safely parked. There are 2 bedrooms (1x double bed and 2x single beds) and a sofa bed in the living room. 1 bathroom with large shower and washing machine. You also like to cook on vacation, no problem, everything is available in the living room-kitchen (microwave, hot air fryer, oven, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, blender, etc.). In the garden you can use the charcoal grill. Klagenfurt and Velden are a few minutes away. The nearest restaurant is 1 km away, others are 2 km away in Schiefling am See with a shopping facility. The Hafner Lake is 30 minutes (3 km) on foot, 6 km to the open swimming area on Lake Wörthersee. A hike is possible in 45 minutes to the Pyramidenkogel, to the Kathreinkogel 5 km.
