A warm welcome to our DORNröschen holiday apartment in Olpe, which opened in November 2025 and has been awarded 4 stars by the DTV! It offers a high standard of comfort in a quiet location close to the town centre. The space The 75 m² flat in Olpe can accommodate up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms. An extra bed is provided in the living room for the fifth person. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed, whilst the other has solid wood single beds that can be separated or pushed together. The fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, blender and a fridge-freezer. The living area features a leather sofa. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a washing machine, heating in all rooms, a cot and a high chair. The bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet with bidet, are available. A hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and a shower stool provide additional comfort. Enjoy your private garden and the terrace with its own barbecue. The quiet location is close to the town centre. The motorway is a 5-minute drive away. There is 1 garage parking space and 2 parking spaces by the house. You can safely store your car, motorbikes, bicycles or equipment in the lockable garage; an e-bike charging point is available. Pets are not permitted, events are not allowed, and smoking is permitted outdoors. Access to the flat is via stairs. The garage and entrance area are under video surveillance. A drinks fridge is available in the garage area on a trust basis. A drying room and a tumble dryer in the basement can be used on request. Towels and bed linen are included. Guest access The lockable garage has space for your car, motorbikes, bicycles or other equipment. E-bike charging facilities are also available. By arrangement, we can provide a drying room in the basement for drying clothes or other equipment. Other things to note Do you need a high chair or a travel cot? Please let us know.
