It is a peaceful and centrally-located place. It is a 1st floor of the Villa. Ground floor we run our Clinic (Medical). The Place is About 300 meter from Bendoorwell - Kankanady Bus Stop. There is a comfortable parking place. It is a residential area and we appreciate guests maintain the serenity of the place. The space Its is a unit with Bedroom, Bathroom and a Kitchenette. U may have to personalise this kitchenette yourself. this unit has a dryer stand. However, the shared kitchen has all the ameneties for cooking (induction stove, Oven, Refrigerator, filtered water) also washing machine. Dining hall and Living space is also shared. Combining unit 1 and unit 2 will make it a 2 bedroom unit : all for yourself. if you do not want to share the place. Guest access Their Unit and Common spaces : Living, Dining, Common Kitchen and Parking. During your stay Message on host number (May also call for Emergency) Will also Provide Caretakers Number. Caretaker doesnt live in the property. Other things to note Each unit is comfortable for 2 people. Additional people, better book another unit. We do not accept Unauthorised entry.
