Enjoy the challenge of slowing down to enjoy the charm of out-of-city living. Soak in the new outdoor wood-fired Swedish hot tub or the indoor Japanese Ofuro, cook outdoors on our new Ofyr Pro, walk, bike, or ride in the nearby Merode Natural reserve or one of the adjoining forests. Make a 'slow' pizza in the outdoor wood-fired oven. Enjoy the wood-burning stove and outdoor campfire while stargazing or stay in to enjoy the home cinéma with Netflix, Streamz, Apple TV, among other Apps. If you love Slow Living in your own little oasis of nature and luxury, you will love the large garden and adjoining forests, the nearby Merode Natural Reserve, the outdoor Scandinavian hot tub or the indoor Japanese Ofuro, the Carambela wood-burning pizza oven, campfire, home cinéma and much more ;-) You are close to 3 major public transport hubs: Diest, Geel & Hasselt. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all of the designated spaces that we have described in the tour or online. We ask guests to respect the private spaces: attic (zolder), basement (kelder), office (bureau/bureel), and garage. I additon to the obvious amenities, we offer additonal amenities to our guests: Hot tub, OFURO, pizza oven (available upon request), BBQ (available upon request), indoor stove, campfire... Bathroom: towels, wash cloths, shampoo. Kitchen: cooking spices, cleaning supplies, pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses and silverware, tablecloths, dishtowels, a portable BBQ, croque monseigneur machine, soup mixer, etc coffee, tea, chocolates to go with the coffee and tea... As we do live in this house (though are away on vacation or for work during your stay), we ask that other food or supplies found in the house not be used by guests.
