SinhasLeisang | Cozy Minimal Room & Kitchen Non AC

Designed with care and comfort, this cozy ground-floor space suits both workdays and relaxed getaways. It offers a study corner, a Western-style bathroom, a spacious kitchen cum dining area for light cooking, and a small double bed for two. The SinhasLeisang homestay is about 7 km from Agartala Airport, making it an easy 20–30 minute drive. The space SinhasLeisang | Cozy Minimal Room & Kitchen (Ground Floor – Non AC) is our only non-AC unit and stays naturally cool due to its ground-floor location. The kitchen comes with a 2-burner LPG stove, mixer grinder, electric kettle, a 183 L Samsung refrigerator and essential cookware. Safe drinking water is available from our Aquaguard filter that we personally use for ourselves. Our home is gently evolving, improving thoughtfully with every guest we host. For added comfort, a 10-litre geyser is provided for warm showers, especially during the winter months. During summer, the space remains pleasant as it’s well shielded from direct sunlight. Ceiling fans usually keep the room comfortable. Guest access This is an independent ground-floor unit within my parents’ home, offering a comfortable and private stay. We plan to add a small sitting area outside the kitchen at a later stage. Parking space for up to five two-wheelers is available inside the property, separate from my father’s car, which is parked within the premises. Unfortunately, car parking within the premises won't be possible. Car Parking is available along the main road near Don Bosco School, Nandannagar, just about 50 metres from our property. The road is wide, and there is usually ample parking space available at any given time. While the area is generally considered safe and many of our guests have parked there without any issues, vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s discretion and risk. We are unfortunately unable to assume responsibility for the safety, security, or any damage to parked vehicles. Power backup and Wi-Fi are available for your convenience. During power cuts, we kindly request you to use the backup power thoughtfully so it lasts comfortably. For Cozy Minimal Room & Kitchen (Ground floor), drinking water is filled from the Aquaguard at home. If you need more, please collect it from us or inform us between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm so our helper can refill it. Since tenants live next door, you may hear normal daily sounds like conversations or television. As a gentle heads-up, a neighboring uncle sometimes plays music a bit loudly on weekends or public holidays during the day. We truly appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. Other things to note Please note that this is a self-service space, and we do not have staff to assist with luggage. My parents, who are retired government employees, have helped shape this home into a simple, peaceful, and homely space. As this is also our home, we kindly request guests to treat it with care and respect. Before confirming your booking, we’d be grateful if you could review the House Rules under the “Additional Rules” section on our Airbnb page. Note: We usually aren’t able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out, so we kindly request you to plan your arrival and departure accordingly.
