Relax in this recently renovated, quiet, comfortable apartment in the center of the small romantic Medieval town of Morsasco, renoun for its castle and breathtaking views of the Bormida Valley and Alpine mountain scenery on a clear day. It is situated 10 minutes from the town of Ovada(motorway exit) and the wonderful hot spring town of Acqui terme, and its at the foot of the Langue vineyards, where you can find places like Barolo. It is 1 hour from the seaside and Genova, and 1 hour to Turin. The space The 2nd floor apartment of a traditional town house, with its own entrance is approximately 100mq. Stairs lead into an open space living area with a small kitchen, bathroom and main double bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and single bed. There are also two balconies. The apartment is equipped with fiber optic high speed internet and smart TV with Amazon prime. There are electric fans in all the rooms. The kitchen has a small fridge, induction cooktop, airfryer, toaster, kettle , microwave, coffee machine and all basic cooking and dining equipment. The bathroom has a hairdryer and shower that includes shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap. Towels and bedding are supplied. The apartment is furbished with taste and comfort with plenty of storage spaces. Guest access The use of the whole apartment , including two balconies, has an independent, private entrance , accessed by a self check in system with traditional keys. There is a public parking lot where you can safely leave your car just 20mt away from the apartment. Other things to note Morsasco is a very small classical Italian town, perfect for who likes country walks and bike riding. You can find a bar, a post office, a cashpoint, a chemists, a tobaccanists that also sells some basic groceries, and a butchers.
