Sleeps 8-9 - Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place, situated close to the Historic village of Abbots Bromley. The property sits on 1.6 acres and has a brook at the border of the land. The spacious open plan living area encompasses the TV/relax, Kitchen Dining areas and the fire snug. Vaulted ceilings in 3 of the 4 very large bedrooms all with luxury ensuites. 6-seater hot tub with views over the surrounding countryside, plenty of outdoor furniture to relax. The space Marmalade Barn was developed from an old milking parlour and is exceptionally generous in size. This spacious barn sleeps comfortably up to 8 people with the addition of a clic clac sofa bed for a small child in the guest suite. 3 vaulted ceiling bedrooms, the Master Bedroom being 40m2 with a double sink, double shower ensuite with beautiful resin floor and Japanese Toilet! The Guest Suite has its own food prep area and light cooking facility. Both rooms have Superking beds. Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed and has access to the 'jack and jill' family bathroom with free standing bath and separate walk in shower. Bedroom 4 is on the first floor and contains a king sized bed. Its underfloor heating throughout the ground floor provides a constant comfortable temperature. The main space in the barn contains the Kitchen and large Island with 8 bar stools and a dining table for 8 for more formal eating. The TV space has 2 large reclining leather sofas, and lazy boy chairs. The TV is 77 inch with sky and Netflix. The Log Burner creates another space to enjoy. For the warmer climates there are 2 sets of bi-fold doors for a complete open feel! The 6 seater hot tub is 'guest ready' for anytime of the day or evening. For out door dining there is a large dining table with chairs and 3 ratan corner sofas. Gas Fired BBQ. There is ample parking on-site behind electric gates keeping, pets and children safe and secure. The Barn is in a good position to reach many places in the surrounding area within 20-40 minutes: Gateway to Peak District and National Trust at Shrugborough Hall. Other attractions within reach - Alton Towers, The Heritage Trials of Cannock Chase, JCB Golf Club where Championships are held, Burton Upon Trent the home of Brewing, St Georges Park the home of all 23 English national football teams, The Uttoxeter Races, The City of Lichfield and its Cathedral. Closer to your doorstep is the Award Winning Spa Resort of Hoar Cross Hall being only 7 minutes drive away. The Village of Abbots Bromley has around 3 pubs that all serve food, a church and the Village shop. The Meynell Ingram Arms at Hoar Cross serves food throughout the day and evening 7 days a week. Extensive garden space leading off the patio into a field ending at a brook. This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bed property. Bedroom 1 and 2 have Super King sized beds and large luxury ensuites. The master ensuite having a double shower and Japanese toilet (instructions for use will be provided!) Master bedroom - has a very large vaulted ceiling and a 55inch smart TV, fridge, hot drink making facilities. Bedroom 2 (the guest suite) has the addition of a mini kitchen with sink for making simple meals and includes, microwave, hotplate and fridge. Bedroom 3 - King sized bed, with a jack and jill arrangement to the large family bathroom with large tub and separate shower. Bedroom 4 - is on the next level (the only room upstairs) having a king sized bed, with views across the field. Outside there is a 6-seater hot tub with views over the surrounding countryside, plenty of outdoor furniture to relax. The large field on around an acre is yours to enjoy with some seating at the bottom next to the brook and under the tree. There is also 2 car spaces undercover in the oak framed barn. A utility room has the spa accessories for the tub, towels and tub drinkware, washer/dryer and an additional microwave. In the kitchen you will find 2 air fryers, blending equipment and food warm server. Guest access Guests have full access to the barn and garden spaces.
