Cottage Element All the comforts of a place, with peace and liveliness nearby. With private entrance, private shower, fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom, living room and kitchen are located together in one open space. The location is ideal: about 10 minutes' walk from the Stroombroek recreation area, Palestra sauna and public transportation. In addition, the Montferland forests are nearby, perfect for walking and cycling enthusiasts. Breakfast is not included (sometimes possible in consultation). Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: On the weekend of June 26, 27, and 28, there is a festival nearby, LAGO LAGO. This can cause noise pollution. If you are going to the festival, you are welcome to stay here overnight. For an additional fee, more people can stay overnight; we also have a large tent available.
