The space House, 100 m², with nice garden and two terraces, including a small one facing south, comprising two bedrooms, one upstairs, a double sink bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate toilet, an equipped kitchen, an office with workspace, a small library relaxation area, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack and a small fitness area. Possibility to park two vehicles in the garage and outside in the enclosure of the house. The house has all the equipment needed for four people as well as to accommodate dogs and cats. Guest access The entire property is usable, except for one of the upstairs bedrooms, which will be locked.
