It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, hot water throughout the house, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, internal garden, 2 balconies and terrace ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets. Parking for 3 vehicles, capacity for 10 people. Perfect for relaxing, sharing with family or work meetings. The space Welcome! Our home is perfect for couples, families and groups, and is fully equipped for your comfort. Three bedrooms, each room has three beds of different sizes, for a total of 9 beds throughout the house, each room has a closet, good lighting throughout the house, each room has blackout curtains for an optimal rest and two of the rooms also have a balcony. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms are available with hot water, we provide towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Extras: Includes a Salvavidas water jug. Guest access You can use everything in the house. It's fully equipped with everything you need to accommodate 1 to 10 people, so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest! Other things to note We want you to enjoy your stay, but we also take care of everyone's well-being. That's why we ask that you please follow these rules: No pets allowed (we take care of the well-being of allergic people). No parties. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. No drug use allowed on the property. Avoid consuming alcoholic beverages on the property. Out of respect for the neighbors, avoid loud music. Non-guests are not allowed.
