Open planned studio house. Kitchen, shower room, restroom, living room area and indoor fire sauna. Outside is an extra-large terrace for grilling and relaxing. Nice garden area for relaxing. Extra charge: outdoor hot-tub barrel*- 60 per night( quests are doing the barrel heating by themselves) The space Guests can have all house by themselves including use of nice big terrace and garden. House is part of bigger complex. Owner is living next door house. Garden area is shared. Other things to note You can rent barrel-tub for extra charge 60 eur/ per day. In our property there are 2 houses with shared garden. House owner is living next to this sauna-house. Garden area is open planed. House rules: No partys rule( not allowed to listen heavy bass and music). Grill: it is only allowed to use charcoal in the grill. Quiet hours 22:00-07:00. Please respect it.
