Welcome to our small family house of 80 m2 completely renovated in the countryside in Normandy. Located in the old commune of Troisgots, now Condé sur Vire. Shops within 5 km. The space On the ground floor, you will find: - a large open room with a living room and a fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, and built-in microwave. - a laundry room with toilet and washing machine Upstairs: - two bedrooms with 140/190 beds, a dresser and a wardrobe - one bedroom with a bench that, when unfolded, makes a 120/180 cm bed suitable for a child - a bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. Other things to note The gite is located at: - 13 kms from Saint Lô (National Stud) - 3 kms from Ham rocks (magnificent view of the Vire Valley with on-site restoration) - 2 km from La Chapelle-sur-Vire and the towpath, with several dozen kilometers of bicycle path. - 5 minutes from the Condé sur Vire canoe base (canoe descents of the Vire) and a rail bike course on an old railway line. - to the east, 50 km from the D-Day landing beaches (Utah Beach) and, in the opposite direction, 40 minutes from the beaches of the west coast and its seaside resorts from Mont-Saint-Michel (80 km) to the Pointe de la Hague, passing by the many oyster and mussel farms of Normandy.
