The apartment has been freshly renovated in traditional clay construction and combines a natural living climate with modern comfort in a special way. Thanks to the integrated wall heating, you can enjoy cozy warmth even on cooler days, which is distributed gently and evenly in the room. The space The spacious apartment can accommodate 1 to 4 people, making it ideal for couples, small families or assembly workers looking for a long day of relaxation. Every guest is welcome here – whether in transit, for a short vacation or a professional stay. The bedroom is equipped with two comfortable beds – a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and another bed (140 x 200 cm) – and thus offers sufficient space and comfort for relaxing nights. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need for cooking – including spices, oil, coffee and a selection of different teas. For relaxing evenings, a 50-inch TV is available to provide the best entertainment. A real highlight of the apartment is the very large roof terrace, which invites you to a panoramic view of the adjacent sports field and the surrounding landscape. Whether for breakfast in the fresh air, a glass of wine in the evening or just to soak up the sun – everyone will find their favorite spot here.
