Koala Eco products are thoughtfully provided throughout the home, making everyday rituals feel a little more special. Wake to leafy reserve views from the master suite, linger over your morning coffee on the private patio with outdoor blinds for year-round comfort, then head out to discover nearby walking trails, beaches, cafés and local favourites. As the day winds down, return to a home designed for slow evenings and easy living. Light-filled open-plan living connects the kitchen and dining area with the private outdoor patio, creating a beautiful setting for long breakfasts, shared meals, afternoon drinks or quiet evenings together. Your Stay Downstairs, you’ll find two comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washing machine and a guest powder room. Upstairs, the peaceful master suite overlooks the nature reserve and features its own private balcony, ensuite and TV. Two additional bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom complete the upper level. A Little Practical Information The front entrance is accessed via a small flight of stairs. Free street parking is available directly outside the property and throughout the surrounding streets.
