The studio also includes: A dining area or workspace, equipped with a folding table to optimize space. A fully equipped kitchen, with a mini dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and everything you need to cook independently. Modern en-suite bathroom with large shower. The studio gives access to a large shared living room shared with three other accommodations. This living room opens onto a raised terrace with a bioclimatic pergola, offering magnificent views of the surrounding landscape. It's the perfect place to relax after a busy day or to share friendly moments. The spacious garden and petanque court are also available for outdoor leisure. La Ferme d'Estelle offers a unique accommodation experience, accommodating up to 26 people in a peaceful and authentic setting and in three distinct spaces with independent entrances and terraces. Each part tells a story: • La Maison d'Estelle: Charming renovation of the old family home, combining authenticity and modernity. It has an equipped kitchen open to a large private terrace and bright attic overlooking the Delme coast. Capacity: 10 people. • L'Étable Bienveillante: Located on the ground floor, this through house offers PRM accessibility, a private terrace with bioclimatic pergola and a view of the garden. You will access the Grange d'Estelle, which includes three other accommodations, in addition to "Côté Bois", through an entrance located at the back of the building, equipped with a digital code and a lockbox. A staircase leads to the winter garden, which serves all the entrances to the homes. Self check-in available upon request.
