The 200-square-meter outdoor terrace of the villa has a hot tub and a heated swimming pool (in summer use), plus a bathtub in the shower room. A large fenced yard of less than a hectare allows dogs to be kept loose in the yard. The fenced plot has its own small pond where dogs can be bathed. Despite its peaceful and sheltered location, the Villa is well-connected, and is only about 2 km away. The center of the village of Veneskoski, where the well-known summer theater is about 1 km away. Just over a kilometer is the River Karvian, a popular fishing spot and, in addition, bridges crossing the Karvian River: the rocky oval and the apparent railway bridges are worth seeing. The house has a total of 215 m² squares, of which 137, 5 m² downstairs and 77.5 m² upstairs. There is one closed room upstairs that is only used by the landlord. The backyard has a large terrace of about 200 m², where you can find a heated pool of about 24,000 liters embedded in the terrace (6.5 x 3 x 1.55 m) and a lot for 6 people (1200 l and 1.8 x 1.8 m), plus a small "glass house" for a stay. The pool is at its depth from the whole distance 150cm, 6.5m in length and 3m in width. The backyard patio sits directly toward the northeast, so the remote sun and falling sun shine directly on the deck, making the deck sunny all day. At sunset, even the last rays hit the backyard. The fenced area is less than an acre and includes its own yard pond where you can swim and swim dogs, the quality of the pond's water has never been tested. Herbs may be used from the herb garden in the upper yard (NOTE! Please do not take any kind of plant that you don't know for sure, some of the plants are medicinal and can be dangerous internally). The swimming pool is only available during the summer season. The outdoor hot tub is always freely available - the guest heats, empties and cleans the tub himself. Other things to note Reservations for Villa Sirius are always made through requests, as the house is only available for rent part of the year. In addition to rental use, the house is also used for residential purposes, so some of the cabinets and one room are for personal use. The house has personal belongings of the owners. Dogs and a cat live in the house permanently outside the rental period, so it is not suitable for allergy sufferers.
