Villa RQ transports you to Bali inside a tropical timber villa encircled by lush gardens in a tranquil bush setting. This modern villa, 25 minutes from Darwin city, features a stunning king bed, lounge and kitchenette. The spacious bathroom boasts a luxurious stone bath, double shower and vanities. A short walk takes you to a separate pool pavilion with infinity pool, deck and outdoor kitchen. The accessible Villa RQ is an hour's drive to Litchfield National Park and on the doorstep to Kakadu. The space Villa RQ is a large one-bedroom, open plan space with a lounge, dining table and big television. The lounge includes a sofa bed that can cater for a second or third person if required. The villa includes a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a frying pan. Wooden plantation shutter doors take you through to the luxurious bathroom with a large, two-person stone bath, with twin vanities, a double shower and a separate toilet. Villa RQ guests have access to a separate shared pool pavilion on the property, which is a short walk through tropical gardens from the villa. The pool pavilion features an infinity pool, large timber deck, outdoor lounge and kitchen with a barbecue. Guest access Villa RQ guests have use of the undercover car port, surrounding tropical gardens and access via two entries. One entry is via stairs and the second is a fully accessible entrance via a ramp from the main driveway. Both entrance doors have wide 1150 mm access openings, with the rear entrance featuring a ramp to facilitate wheelchair and inclusive access. All door openings inside the villa, including the shower, feature openings exceeding 810 mm with the main doorways between the bathroom, kitchenette and open plan bedroom exceeding 900 mm. Other things to note Villa RQ is a 5 minute drive to the nearby Coolalinga Shopping Centre, Coolalinga Tavern, shops and cafes. Visit the Coolalinga Fresh Produce and Food Markets to sample local delicacies including mango smoothies, delicious laksa, crepes and dim sum options. A 15 minute drive will take you to Berry Springs to take a refreshing dip in a natural spring and visit the iconic Berry Springs Tavern for lunch and dinner. In under a 1 hour drive to Litchfield National Park you will be spoilt for choice to swim in the unique waterfalls and swimming holes surrounded by an oasis of tropical forest and natural bush. You can be in Kakadu in just over 2.5 hours to experience the outback like never before with sunset-lit flood plains, wild bird life, stunning escarpments, crocodiles and river fishing or boat cruises. There is plenty of room for parking a boat or caravan on the property.
