All of the 2F floors of the tenant building have been significantly renovated in 2024, the furniture is reused, and the appliances are almost new.We have a space for cleanliness and comfort. There are shopping streets and restaurants just around the corner, so it is a convenient place to go sightseeing and skiing without any inconvenience, and it is a convenient place to go to Niigata and Minami Aizu as a transit point. The spacious room of 1LDK, almost 100 square meters in total, has a living room, kitchen, and bedroom where you can relax as if you were at home. Enjoy a quiet moment in Aizu where history and nature are in harmony. * Aizu Wakamatsu Station is the nearest public institution, about a 15-minute walk away.It is about 1.2km away.The road will take you through the city, so there are also sidewalks, making it a relatively walkable route. There are 4 semi-double beds, and it can accommodate up to 8 people, making it ideal for families or groups. (* In May 2026, we prepared simple mattresses and air pillows on top of the TV stand for two guests who could not sleep in a semi-double bed.) The interior design that makes use of sliding doors and wood grain, and the small tatami mat space create a special experience as if you were in a ryokan. It is integrated with the living room, which has a TV, making it an open space where everyone can relax. ◆ Bathroom A spacious, high-quality bathroom to help you rest from your travels. In the beautiful bathroom introduced in 2025, a clean space filled with soft light, relaxing in the deep bathtub will relax your mind and body. The bathtub has excellent heat retention, so you can enjoy a pleasant bath even in the cold season. ◆ The Location A location that combines tranquility and convenience It is located in a quiet area, even though it is in the heart of Aizuwakamatsu City. There are libraries and cultural facilities nearby, and it is a peaceful environment. It is a short walk to places rich in sightseeing, such as Nanokamachi and Tsuruga Castle. There are also convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient during your stay. Bedrooms There are four semi-double beds in a large room of about 38 tatami mats. We can accommodate up to 8 people. Living room and kitchen There is a simple island kitchen, although it is small. It is equipped with various cooking utensils. Please cook at our place just as you would at home. There is a supermarket a few minutes away by car. ※ The dining table has seating for 8. * We do not provide seasonings because we want to provide a clean environment. Cookware Frying pans, pots, cutting boards, knives, cooking chopsticks, tongs, frying spatulas, ladles, peelers, tabletop stoves, large pots, wrap, aluminum foil, etc. (*We plan to gradually add more in the future) Dining utensils There are plates, deep plates, flat plates, tea bowls, soup bowls, mugs, spoons, forks, chopsticks, wine openers, etc. for 8 people. Laundry There is a state-of-the-art drum washing machine. Detergent, hangers, and other items are provided, so you can do laundry at our place just like you would at home. There is also a clothes drying rack so you can dry clothes indoors if you are concerned about wrinkles. Please do not touch anything other than the 2nd floor part, as it belongs to other facilities. Check-in Please check in between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. The neighborhood is a very quiet area. Please refrain from checking in after 10 pm as it will cause inconvenience to the neighbors. We cannot deal with any issues related to check-in after 22:00. Checkout Please check out by 10 am. The cleaning staff will arrive after 10am. If you do not leave the room after 10:00 am, we will charge a penalty of 2,000 yen for every 15 minutes over the time limit. About smoking Absolutely no smoking inside, including e-cigarettes. If we find any signs of smoking in the room, you will be charged a cleaning fee (50,000 yen). Please go outside to smoke. Please be quiet when smoking after 7 pm. For guests staying for consecutive nights - Towels and sheets are not replaced, so please wash them in the washing machine before use. - Please note that no cleaning will be done during your stay. Important Please be as quiet as possible after 10 pm. In the unlikely event that there is a complaint about excessive noise, you may be asked to leave. Please understand. Fireworks and BBQs are not allowed. Please be sure to follow the rules. - Security camera Security cameras are installed in the entrance as directed by the public health center. If we find that equipment has been lost or damaged, we may charge you for the cost. 3. If we find that there are more guests than the number of people registered, we will charge an additional 10,000 yen per person. (The number of people will be confirmed by the security camera in front of the entrance) 4. Please sort the trash as indicated on the trash cans. (Burnable, non-burnable, cans, bottles, PET bottles, etc.) 5. Please wash dishes and cookware you have used. 6. Please refrain from grilling meat in the room as the smell will not go away for several days. 7. Fireworks are not allowed on the property. 8. Smoking is only allowed outside. Please go outside when smoking.
