It has been completely refurbished and overlooks Dundrum Bay. Why not make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The space Property consists of 4 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms upstairs, 2 of the Bedrooms with En-suite bathrooms each, with 2 further Bedrooms sharing a Jack & Jill style En-suite Bathroom. Downstairs consists of a large Living/Dining Room, views over Dundrum Bay, Log Burner, Smart TV, 2 large settees and a large table and chairs. Opposite is the games room, Pool Table, Smart TV, seating, Log Burner, views over Dundrum Bay. Kitchen to the rear, American Fridge Freezer, Gas Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Table and chairs. Back of the Property is the downstairs toilet and opposite the Utility Room with a Washing Machine and a Dryer. Then a large Garden area out the back, seating BBQ and a Hot Tub coming soon. Views over Dundrum Bay from the front of the house. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and garden area, with full, public parking facilities available.
