Eldhuset at Rauland

Old fireplace house on Rauland with normal standard and nice view. Approx. 20 min by bike and 10 min by car to Rauland city center, 45 minutes drive to Rjukan. Parking space included. The space The Eldhuset is located in the yard with one of the oldest houses in the area. The house is refurbished and suitable as a cottage/rental property with regular standard. On the first floor there is a large living room with kitchen and dining area, in addition to two bedrooms, each bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Here is also the bathroom with toilet and sauna. With quite steep stairs you come to the second floor, with three beds that are more suitable for children, also a sitting area and several armchairs. Both floors have access to a small veranda. There is a washing machine, extra toilet and shower cabin in the basement. Guest access Guest will be able to use the entire house. Other things to note Guests themselves are responsible for washing and cleaning the cabin, we do not charge a cleaning fee. We do not offer bed linen, nor towels. There is a steep staircase between the first and second floor. There is a camera surveillance system in the yard. The parking lot is shared with neighboring properties, but there is enough space in the yard.
